This is the presentation I used for one of two sessions with an adult Sunday school class. Inspired by the prayers in “Liturgies from Below,” we explored prayers from Christians in the Philippines, South Africa, Italy, and Jamaica, and wondered together: “What happens to our faith when we pray with those who are on the margins of society?”
All three prayers are from “Liturgies from Below” (2020).
